How to get a fast answer #
The more of this you include up front, the less back-and-forth there is:
- The page URL where the problem appears, and where on it to look.
- A screenshot or screen recording. For a visual issue, this is worth more than any description.
- Your setup: theme name, page builder, WordPress version, Darkify version (shown under the logo in the sidebar).
- What you already tried.
- Your settings export from Tools → Download Backup. It tells us in seconds what would otherwise take several emails. It contains no personal data.
Before you write: a quick pass through Troubleshooting resolves most reports — usually a caching plugin holding an old stylesheet, or an element that needs adding to Disallowed Elements.
Feature requests #
Plenty of what Darkify does today started as a user suggestion. If something is missing from your workflow, tell us through the contact form — we read every request and they genuinely shape the roadmap.
